Discount Tire

Left with 4 new tires and my low tire pressure light came on 1 mile away. Oh, and the new paint chip and the handprints all over the clean paint were a nice touch too.

Update: Discount Tire has since contacted me to offer to either buff the wheels or refinish them. I am updating my review from 1-star to 4-stars. Having spent $1,800 on new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S’, I really wish some more care would have been taken in the first place. But I appreciate them taking care of it. Great experience today! Way quicker face to face service. And I set up my appointment online ahead of time to better plan for my time here. Website was easy to maneuver and they send lots of updates and reminders. The two guys running the desk today were really friendly and knowledgeable. Always recommending this place.

Went to get one tire replaced because it was torn apart. My other tires were legally bald. I wasn't able to afford all four tires at the time, but for safety reasons they gave me four tires for the price of two until I could pay the rest. The tires I asked for were out of stock so I was upgraded to the next best tire at no extra charge. Great service.

Came here after a horrible experience at Firestone in Mill Creek where I waited 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn't fix my tire and I needed to buy 4 new ones, and then they gave me my keys back while my car was still in the garage on the lift.
